Shipping Policy

We ship priority USPS (1-3 day shipping) on Monday - Wednesday only each week.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees, including shipping insurance if requested (please e-mail to request). We do not ship with signature confirmation, but can if you specifically request it.

Please be sure to check your address as Sunset Glow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Sunset Glow is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment. 
 
Please be aware that Sunset Glow is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 


SUMMER MONTHS

Although we wrap each candle with insulation to keep the candle cool, candle orders that are shipped during the hot summer months are ordered at your own risk, and could possibly arrive melted from sitting in a truck with increased temps.
If you purchased insurance, we may be able to file a claim for a refund. However, the shipping carrier may not be liable for damages occurring from melted wax.

Refund Policy

RETURNS / DAMAGES
At Sunset Glow, all of our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used/opened items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 
If your order arrived broken please send an email to hello@sunsetglowessentials.com within 2 days of opening the shipment box with photos of the shipment box and damaged goods.

EXCHANGE
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
